Chakupat-11, Lalitpur– Universal Engineering & Science College (UESC) has recently entered into a groundbreaking Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IMAC ENGINEERING Co., Ltd., a renowned Japanese company. This collaboration opens up a world of opportunities for UESC students seeking vocational education and training (VET) and professional growth in Japan. The MoU was signed by Er. Dr. Bhesh Raj Thapa, the esteemed Principal of Universal Engineering & Science College, along with Mr. Purna Bhadra Aryal, the Chairman of UESC. On behalf of IMAC ENGINEERING Co., Ltd., Director Masaaki Osaski and President Yoshihito Yamaguchi were present for the signing ceremony.

This strategic partnership aims to provide UESC students with practical career development opportunities through a comprehensive VET program. Here are some key highlights of the collaboration: Vocational Education and Training (VET): UESC recognizes the importance of VET as a joint project with the receiving companies. They fully support the activities of IMAC SOLUTION PARTNER (ISP), ensuring a well-rounded learning experience for students.

Premium Membership: The program emphasizes the significance of practical experience by requiring a minimum of three years of on-the-job training (OJT) in Japan. ISP will guide and inform applicants about the career-building potential of this valuable experience.

 

IMAC SOLUTION PARTNER: ISP understands that VET is an investment in the applicants’ development. They will guide and motivate students to make dedicated efforts to meet the expectations associated with this investment. ISP will serve as the primary point of contact for the receiving company during the OJT period, ensuring effective management of the applicants’ status. They will work closely with IMAC ENGINEERING Co., Ltd. to provide guidance and support, enabling a smooth transition into employment at the receiving company. IMAC ENGINEERING Co., Ltd. holds crucial responsibilities in the partnership, including introducing applicants to suitable Japanese companies and facilitating the seamless implementation of the VET project. Their aim is to secure full-time employment opportunities for participating students. IMAC will also cooperate with ISP to emphasize the significance of the three-year OJT and assist students in improving their Japanese language skills. Furthermore, IMAC ENGINEERING Co., Ltd. has committed to sharing important information regarding work content, treatment, and remuneration with ISP even after the completion of OJT and employment. This collaboration ensures continued support and cooperation between the entities involved.
